Our products include stainless steel, titanium valve balls, Stellite®, Hastalloy®, brass, carbon steel, Inconel® and nickel alloy valve balls as well. In addition to grinding and manufacturing up to 24" outside diameter valve balls complete, DK Machine provides valve seats and a wide range of platings and coatings for your application. Our Component Mating System (CMS) Program provides matched ball and valve metal seat sets to ensure maximum valve performance. DK Machine's Quality Control System complies to MIL-I-45208A standards.

DK Machine also provides valve ball refurbishment and spherical grinding services for specialty products, as well as manufacturing of valve balls. We use multiple computerized automated spherical grinders to ensure consistent accuracy for small and large runs.
